1. Return Policy
All the sale are final and we do not accept any cancellation or product return.
We will arrange either sending replacement item or refund in case of following situation. Please report the issue within 7 days after you received the item.
1. Product found not working.
2. Different item was delivered.
However above term will not be applied on item sold as "USED" or "Super Sale". Item sold as "USED" or "Super Sale" are all sold "as-is" and ModelTrainPlus will not accept any return, exchange or refund.
2. Broken Item
Dameged or lost package needs to be claimed to local Postal Service for compensation. If we can claim to Japan post for any incident, we will refund you the amount covered by the insurance.
If the item is faulty, please first contact us by e-mail. We may need to ask detailed condition and provide some troubleshooting if it helps the item to make working. If the item is identified as broken, we will either arrange replacement or refund if the replacement item is not available. We will issue RMA number to you, please put the number on the package when you ship the item back.
